Your six-digit Redacted door code changes every run, and you need the UV Flashlight to reveal it. You collect the flashlight from the vent above the Breakroom. Then you reveal hidden digits in three places around the lab. You must record their positions to enter your passcode correctly.
How do you reach the Breakroom vent and get the UV Flashlight?
You need custom scaffolding, the Toolbox, and a Hammer to reach the vent above the Breakroom.
Build scaffolding below the vent
Use the Toolbox and a Hammer to build scaffolding up to the ventilation hatch above the Breakroom. If custom scaffolding is still locked, keep completing main objectives until you unlock it.
Open the hatch and collect the UV Flashlight
Use the Hammer's right-click to remove the ventilation hatch bolts. Jump inside the vent and collect the UV Flashlight.

You reveal the clues in Breakroom Expansion, Vehicle Bay, and above the Redacted keypad with the UV Flashlight.
The flashlight reveals writing in egg goo, which looks like smeared yellowish paint. Record each revealed digit and its position in the code.
Check the right wall in Breakroom Expansion
Enter Breakroom Expansion, the room with the slot machines. Turn right and shine the UV Flashlight on the wall to reveal two digits. Note their positions before you move on.
Check the right wall in Vehicle Bay
Enter Vehicle Bay and shine the UV Flashlight on the wall to your right. Record the next two digits and their positions.
You use the UV Flashlight to reveal hidden writing and read the digits' positions.

Return to the Redacted door and shine the UV Flashlight above its keypad. Record the final two digits. Enter all six digits in their indicated positions to open the door.
You need the digits from your current run. A passcode from another playthrough will not reliably open your Redacted door.
